ChavexCOMMUNITY ADDRESS Trading Card Game Status
Greetings Prophecy, we know about everyone's frustration with the recent string of TCG issues, trust us, we are in the same boat as you.  We wanted to take a moment and update you all on the current status.   We are fairly confident with our testing that if you had redeemable loot items in your TCG client or items that were ready to be to be claimed in your SWG game, those items should be working normally now. In fact, you probably received them upon login if they were ready to claim in game.  Players that were experiencing issues with packs disappearing, we have found that new packs should not be disappearing and they seem to be working normally again.  We ask that if you would like to put your packs in TCG, please do so by testing with ONE pack to verify it is functioning for you.  If you see that one pack in TCG, and can open the pack, then by all means feel free to put your remaining packs into TCG.  If you find that the pack is missing or any other abnormalities, please submit a ticket on the forums before you input the remaining packs.

Now, on to the players with existing missing packs.  Based on the time-frame of when some people put their packs into TCG and the limitations of the database, it is likely not possible to automatically restore those packs (or would take longer than it already has).  We want to get those players remedied as soon as possible without further delay.  What we ask is if you had packs go missing, to please submit a ticket on the forums with as much information as possible so the CSR team can restore those packs for you in a timely manner. You can submit or update your ticket here: https://swgprophecy.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=44  The more information the better, but as a guideline please include the following information:

1. Which character received the packs *MOST IMPORTANT*
2. Which TCG pack series was claimed (example: 2 Champions of the Force, 3 Shadow Syndicate)
3. Were they your free monthly packs or did you buy them (and if both, how many of each)
4. What time-frame did you try to put them into TCG (as specific as you can, and if you saved up over time please include that) (example: 3 purchased Shadow Syndicate 2 weeks ago, 5 free Champions of Force one month ago, approx first week of June)

We know not everyone's memory is perfect, and you may not remember the exact date or things of that nature, but the more information in that ticket, the quicker we can get them to you.  We will be going through the logs and verifying the information you supply, so the more info the better.  We do apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope we can resolve your issues as soon as possible.  If you have questions feel free to reach out to a CSR and we'll do our best to assist.

Again, we know this is inconvenient to those players affected, and we are working diligently both on our end and with the TCG team to remedy any future issues.  We do appreciate your patience and your cooperation while we work through this together.
